Kuwait grants amnesty for illegal migrants to leave

Complaints against police down

Sep 2 (Island) There has been a reduction in the number of complaints made by the public against police officers, Director of the Public Complaints Investigation Division (PCID) of the National Police Commission (NPC) J.
