Last week, Australia announced $10 million in aid but since then the United Nations has condemned the killing of more than 100 children at the weekend. Speaker criticises Tamil protests |
May 12 (BBC) Commons Speaker Michael Martin has accused hundreds of Tamil protesters of "hijacking" Parliament Square. Demonstrators have gathered in the square since the beginning of April, causing disruption to traffic. Caritas provides artificial limbs for war disabled |

Tamil doctors help NZ plan for war zone |
