Sep 8 (Island) The 18th Amendment is a fait accompli, whether we like it or not. There is nothing that can prevent its passage in Parliament today. The government should not have been in an indecent hurry to present it to Parliament and there should have been ample time for a public debate. Issue of National Identity Cards streamlined |
