Jan 26 (SL) The International Cricket Council (ICC) will provide a direct grant of US $ 9.4 million to Sri Lanka as expenses to host the Twenty-20 (T20) World Cricket Championships in September, the govt said today. Jan 26 (LBO) Sri Lanka's stock closed up 0.65 percent Thursday recovering losses for the second day, with turnover rising, and index heavy John Keells Holdings reported higher profits for the quarter.
