CAA to impose higher fines

Shooting rocks Balapitiya court
Feb 17 (Island) An unidentified gunman yesterday shot two suspects in a murder case opposite Balapitiya Magistrate�s Court, killing one of them and injuring the other. SL Navy denies attacking TN fishermen
