May 17 (EN) Sri Lanka Railways has taken delivery of the first batches of new container carrier wagons and oil wagons as part of efforts to improve its freight transport. The transport ministry said 10 container carrier wagons were unloaded at Colombo port Thursday morning along with five oil wagons.
