Mexican Rice
1oz of Butter or margarine 1 onion, Diced 3 1/2 cups of chicken broth 2 clove of garlic 1 tomato, Diced 1/2 of tomato sauce (crushed tomato juice) After heat the pans add the butter and the garlic and onion.
