Creamed salmon
1 lb potatoes 1/2 lb onions 1 tbl chives 1 tbl fish seasoning 5 tbls motzarella cheese green chilies salt, black pepper to taste Ingredients for sauce 1 stick of butter 1tbls of flour 1 cup milk 1/2 cup sour cream Make the white sauce and add the sour cream to the white sauce. leave on a side. Wash salmon cut it in half. Mix the cheese chives, onions, green chilies and put in the middle of the salmon and close the top with with cut salmon. Boil potatoes and skin them cut them in half and lay them on a tray. Put the stuffed salmon in the middle ofmbaking tray and potatoes aroung it.
