Peggy's Kebabs
3 cloves of garlic (finely chopped/crushed) 2 tsp chopped coriander 1 tsp chopped parsley 1 tsp tandoori paste 1 tsp tandoori powder 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp tomato puree 1 tsp hot paprika (or chilli powder if you like it hot) Half tsp lime juice Half tsp sugar 1 tablespoon white flour Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste (1 beaten egg added at the end when all the ingredients have been mixed together to help bind the mixture) Method: Mix everything together in a bowl until very well mixed and blended together.
