Stir-fry Mutton with Oyster Sauce
1 tabls oil 3 tabls silvered almonds Piece of fresh ginger,peeled and grated 3 cloves garlic,crushed 3 carrots, thinly sliced 2 red peppers,thinly sliced 2 sticks celery,thinly sliced 2 shallots, chopped 100g snow peas 1/3 cup oyster sauce Heat half oil in wok.Stir fry almonds,ginger and garlic 1 minute.
