Tiramisu with a Sri Lankan twist
1 tub of Mascarpone cheese 1 pkt of spong fingers or spong cake 1 cup of good coffee Very easy to make. Mix condense milk and cheese together. Add little bit of sugar to the coffee. Soak the spong fingers in the coffee and arrange in a glass bowl. (one layer of cake or fingers.) And then add the cheese mix. Create layer by layer until you run out of ingredients.
