Fruit Cobbler
1. 11/2tbs butter 2. 11/2cups whole wheat flour 3. 1tbs baking powder 4. 1/2cup honey 5. 1 egg 6. 1cup skim milk, soy milk or water 7. 2cups fresh fruit Melt butter in a pan or other baking dish of similar size. Mixe the flour , baking powder, honey , egg and milk. pour mixture into butter. Add the fruit on top of batter. bake 30 minutes at 400f. serves 9.
