Gnakatha
500Gms self raising flour 250gms icing sugar 250Gms Ghee or Butter Oil Mix all three Ingredients until it forms in to a very soft dough.( I use my Dough Mixer mechine- makes it easier) Then pre-heat your oven to 200F.
