SC annuls cabinet decision to hand over Aththadiya land for hotel

New act to revamp school educational system

Nov 21 (GDI) The education system in Sri Lanka will be revamped with several initiatives scheduled to be launched next year, Minister of Education, Susil Premajayantha told Parliament. Nov 21 (GDI) The District Secretary of Colombo requests all pensioners currently living abroad to inform the relevant Divisional Secretariats or the District Secretariat about their current adress through the website www.ds.gov.lk/colombo. Nov 21 (DPA) Two soldiers were killed and 13 others were injured in an accidental shooting at a military training camp in north-central Sri Lanka on Friday.
