Western PC to be dissolved today |
Jan 28 (ML) The government is to dissolve the Western Provincial Council at midnight today (28), it is learnt. Western Province Governor Alavi Moulana told The Morning Leader that the Western PC would be dissolved at midnight today. He also said there is a possibility of the dissolution of the Southern and Uva Provincial Councils as well. According to Moulana, the dissolution of the three remaining PCs was to take place in December, but was postponed due to unavoidable circumstances.
