Captain of MV Sun Sea vessel released
Nov 6 (TP) A Sri Lankan man alleged to be the captain of a vessel on which 492 Tamils tried to enter Canada in 2010 was ordered to be released on bail Monday. Lesly Jana Emmanuel, who was charged in May with human smuggling aboard the MV Sun Sea, is the third of six accused to be released on bail. The reasons for the decision by B.C.
