Nov 27 (Island) Minister Mervyn Silva said that he wouldn�t ban the sale of fish, chicken and mutton in the Kelaniya electorate without consulting those living in the area. He said that he would conduct a survey to find out the eating preferences of people before implementing an unprecedented ban on sale of any kind of meat.
