Yacht operator says Merchant Shipping blocks business |

Girl hit by stray bullet |
Sept 24 (CT) Aralaganwila Police said a 12-year-old girl had been accidentally injured when a stray bullet from target practices at the Maduru Oya Army training school had struck her just above the shoulder blades. Child had been playing in the compound of a house in the village close to the practice site when the stray bullet hit her. She was rushed to the Polonnaruwa hospital.
