Dec 25 (CT) Four people are dead and 21 others wounded in a road mishap in Moneragala today (Dec. 24), police said. A half-truck carrying a group from Horana to Kataragama and a tipper were involved in the collision at Thanamalwila on Wellawaya-Matara road.
